Progress Pics

I have decided to do the AugustFitChallenge. Its something a few of us on Instagram circulated to each other. This is the first day. My goal is total clean eating, 1 cheat meal a week, 6 workouts a week and ZERo alchol for August. I have had an alcohol free body since the 30th June so far.



 Taken Sunday 29th July. My fierce face to conquer this week. Full prep on mark, and workouts on mark everyday. Feeling very determined.





Wednesday 25th July, this week I started an extra 100 leg raises in a few differetn ways, after dinner when the kids are in bed before I do my stretching. After 2 kids my tummy is by far my WORST area I am so determined to get rid of it for good.

OK - so I have decided to post some pics from the start of my training. I hate doing this but honestly its the only way I think I will remain accountable to myself and be honest with myself. If I put the pics out there its a motivation to get some better ones up.

I probably should have chosen a different top, different colours etc etc but hubby was away, I had zero clean gym clothes because it was the end of the week and the kids were screaming for dinner. But here they are !!
