Protein Powder Recipes

 Protein Coconut Rough
2 scoops choc gaspari myofusion
drops of stevia
Water to make a paste
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients and spoon into moulds, freeze until firm. I then popped these out and placed then in a separate container. You need to defrost for a few minutes before eating but they taste exactly like coconut roughs.



Protein Bars
2 cups of instant oats
1/2 cup of ALL NATURAL peanut butter (I used crunchy)
1 Cup of water
4 scoops of protein powder (I use Gaspari Myofusion Chocolate flavour)
2 tablespoons of LSA (Linseed, Almond and Sunflower seed ground)

 Chia seeds to sprinkle on top
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, spread into a lined square cake tin and freeze for 30 minutes, remove and cut into 12 portions. Wrap each portion in baking paper and place all 12 in a lunch container in the freezer ready for your week.




Chocolate Dipping Sauce
1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder, a few drops of water and a few drops of stevia and stir
Cut fruit of your choice 
 Max Brenner at home without the calories



Chocolate Protein Cake

She has some of the most amazing, clean recipes and this cake was so easy so full credit for the creativity to her thats for sure.

Protein Powder Pudding

1 tablespoon of chia seeds soaking in 1/2 cup of water

Chia seeds and water after soaking for 30 minutes (kind of like a soft gel)

Chia seed mixture after adding 1 scoop of Gaspari Myofusion Protein Powder (Chocolate Flavour), It already tasted awesome, like chocolate chip cake mix but then I microwaved it for 30 seconds for a kind of pudding thing. YUM. Sorry I ate it before I took a pic.
